CONGENITAL VASCULAR DEFECT) AT LUTERAN MEDICAL CENTER BROOKLYN NEW YORK
ON OCTOBER 12TH 2008 AND TRANSFERRED AND ADMITTED AT MAIMONIDES MEDICAL
CENTER SURICAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (SICU) BROOKLYN FROM OCTOBER 13TH TO
17TH 2008. BECAUSE OF THE BLEEDING SIZE WAS BIGGER AND CONDITION WAS NOT
STABLE , ASHIN DR KOVIDA WAS TRASFERRED TO MT SANAI NEUROSURGICAL
INTENSIVE CARE UNIT MANHATTAN NEW YORK FROM OCTOBER 17 TO NOVEMBER 1ST
2008.

PATIENT REHAB TREATMENT FOR 3 MONTHS.
